What payment methods can I use?

The payment system on this website is operated by PayPal. This permits you to use all major credit and debit cards as well as your own PayPal account. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account or sign in to Paypal to purchase your goods. If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card this is done easily on the Paypal page which you are redirected to after proceeding with your purchase. Simply select to option ‘Don’t have a Paypal account? – continue’ and you will be able to enter your details securely to complete your purchase. If you have any other queries on this do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Do you have a size guide?

Sizes may vary very slightly between brands, but sizing is all in UK shoe and clothing sizes. A sizing table is in the process of being made and will be up soon, but in the meantime if you have any other queries on size just get in contact with us.

What is the delivery process and charges?

All prices on dissentskateshop.co.uk are inclusive of VAT.
Our VAT number is 977 66 11 69.

All UK orders placed before 3pm (Monday – Friday) will normally be despatched the same day subject to stock availability.

Smaller items such as t-shirts and accessories etc will be delivered by Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service.

Larger items such as footwear, decks, etc will be delivered via a courier service, Fastway or Parcel Force depending on your location.

Ireland orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail Airsure or Parcel Force depending on weight and will usually take about 3-5 days to reach their destination.

UK orders will normally be delivered the following day, excluding orders placed on Fridays, weekends and bank holidays.

All deliveries over £10 in value require a signature.

Please note that returns other than for faulty or incorrect goods will be returned at the customers expense.

Our shipping prices are based upon weight for the total order and will be charged accordingly. The weight to cost ratio has been measured using Royal Mail’s pricing guide.

Can I order if I live outside the UK?

YES – If you live in Europe that is! Dissent now delivers to most countries in Europe and the EU. If your country isn’t listed or you live further afield just send us an email and we can get it sorted for you.

Are my payment details secure?

Dissent Skate Shop take internet security issues seriously and are committed to ensuring your information is stored and handled safely and privately. We use the industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) secure server to ensure private information and credit card details are transmitted securely across the internet.

dissentskateshop.co.uk conforms to the UK Data Protection Act. Any information you provide is handled with strict confidence and is stored in a secure location. Your details will not be disclosed in any way to any people or groups outside dissentskateshop.co.uk.

What is your return policy?

If after www.dissentskateshop.co.uk has accepted an order from you (acceptance will be communicated via e-mail on receipt of an order), and you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating your request to us within 2 working days of our acceptance.

If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must get in contact with us for a returns number and return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. We will not accept returns without prior communication. Please note that a charge of £5 will be applied to cover our outgoing shipping costs and processing fees. This will not apply in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

It is imperative that you notify us within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we shall reimburse all monies, less any charges, paid by you for those goods.
